he large white lily pictured first is a new one this year.
It was in the trumpet collection that I ordered,
but the bloom really looks more like an Oriental. I
suspect it is a cross.
Below are two daylilies
that have begun to flower. The first one
was here when we moved here several years ago. The garden was mostly
a vegetable garden then, but they did have a handful of
perennials. The last picture is supposed
to be a trumpet, too,
but like the first one, looks more
like an Oriental.
