My daffidils have been lovely.

I'm amending the soil and will replant the strip on both sides of the walkway on the south side of the house. It will take several days. The homestead verbena I had there didn't make the winter. Since it is always a muddy mess when it rains, I'm trying to fix that problem while I'm at it. The Patio Clematis is up, even the one I have in a pot and kept in the garage all winter. My peonies began to show on March 16 -- just about an inch. I've seen several bulb lilies too.
