The redbud trees are in full bloom now, and the rest of the garden is coming along. Even the lilies are beginning to break through the ground. The late daffodils that escaped the early hard freeze are beautiful now. The little grape hyacinths are adding a bit of color, as well as the creeping phlox, which is just beginning to bloom. The vinca major is getting ahead of me. Though the little blue blossoms are nice, the vines tend to choke out more tender plants. I have lots of work to do. I don't even have all of the leaves cleaned up at this point.
